Ingredients

  • 150 gram mango
  • 90 gram salmon-fillet
  • 7 piece mozzarella
  • 5 handful arugula
  • 2 tablespoon lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive-oil
  • 1 handful basil
  • 1 to taste black-pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the mango into cubes, the salmon into small pieces, and the mozzarella balls in half.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil with lemon juice.
  3. Arrange the arugula on a platter, scatter the mozzarella, salmon, mango, and a few torn basil leaves over it.
  4. Drizzle the salad with the prepared lemon-olive dressing and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
